Thanks to Sarah Pollman for including me in her recent Art New England article! Link here.
Please join me for a closing reception for Persistence of Memory at the Dorchester Art Project in Boston, MA on October 30th, 2015. The exhibition features two of my photographs from the series A Curious Dance, as well as work by Tara Goldberg and Siobhan Landry. More information here: Dorchester Art Project.
Opening on August 5, Prospect is a solo exhibition of new photographic works exploring ideas around biophilia, environmental psychology, land use and institutional architecture.
The images in Prospect are vistas from the sites of three Victorian-era mental institutions – sites chosen for their pastoral beauty in accordance with the belief that a natural setting with abundant fresh air, light and inspiring views would heal the troubled mind. The majority of these sites are today being reused as locations for town home and condo development, due to their desired locations above the surrounding land. Prospect also includes a selection of images from these new suburban communities.

Happy to announce that two of my photographs from the Personal Effects series are now on view in Possessions: Prized & Otherwise at the Attleboro Arts Museum.
